◆Contents (Experiences That Happen in This Space)
・First, you will observe the relationship between space and the body through body awareness.
・Using symbols, you will explore how the center of gravity shifts.
・You will feel the changes in gravity that accompany the shifting center of gravity.
・You will verify how the functioning of space manifests as bodily sensation.
・Movements necessary for interacting with space will be taught.
・Above all, we value “feeling” over conceptual explanations.
・Questions will be answered as needed (even simple ones are welcome).
・“Spatial manipulation” is not reduced to methods or techniques but is an exploration to experience space.
＊No printed materials are provided. Here, experience and sensation are prioritized over explanations. You may take notes if you wish.
＊Bring your own drink (water or tea).
＊The main format is in person (on site), and online support via Zoom is also offered.
＊In the online format, to help feel the center of gravity and the sense of weight, have a heavy object on hand (for example, a suitcase weighing about 7–9 kg).
In this session, we introduce three symbols—tools that serve as provisional guides.
Let’s get to know space, entrust ourselves to it, and let it support us.
By drawing on the energy and information of space, we can enrich our lives.

・Date & Time: By appointment; evening sessions also available (last slot: 9:00–10:00 PM)
Duration: 60 minutes
・Location: Miyazonokido Administrative Office — Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture (at the instructor’s home) or via Zoom (online)
・Capacity: Up to 4 people (one-on-one sessions are also available)
・Participation Fee: ¥3,000 (tax included) Advance payment by bank transfer
*Participants attending for a second time or more pay 2,000 yen per session (repeat discount).
*Participants will receive an additional ¥3,000 discount when enrolling in the Miyazonokido Course (special bundle price for the Introductory + Advanced courses: ¥28,000).
